Liz Perelstein
Liz Perelstein is President of School Choice International, a seasoned educator herself, started the company as an expatriate in London over ten years ago.  Prior to founding School Choice International she was a teacher, and educational administrator, a school board member, and worked at all levels of education, from nursery school through university.  In 2006, she co-founded the British International School of New York, the first British curriculum school in the New York metropolitan area.  She frequently writes and speaks on topics related to education, relocation, and women owned businesses.  She is a member of the Women Presidents' Organization (WPO), the premier peer advisory organization connecting top women entrepreneurs who own multi-million dollar companies.  Ms. Perelstein holds two Master’s Degrees in Educational Administration and Public Policy from the University of Chicago.
 

 
Timothy Dwyer
Timothy Dwyer is Chief Operating Officer of School Choice International. Timothy has extensive experience working in international compensation and human resources. He has worked at companies including Manufacturers Hanover, ORC, and MasterCard International where he provided HR support to its expatriate and local national population. During a decade at KPMG, Timothy served as National Director of the firm’s International HR Consulting group where he developed its online survey of international HR policies and practices. His recent experience includes almost four years as Americas Regional Manager in Goldman Sachs’ Global Mobility Services department. Timothy received his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University, and also holds a Degree of Advanced European Studies from the College of Europe in Bruges, Belgium.
 
 

Beth Avitabile
Beth Avitabile is the Vice President and Director of Client Service at School Choice International.  Beth spent eight years working as the Director of Admissions for a large study abroad program, The American Institute for Foreign Study (AIFS). Her duties included sales, budgeting, counseling of students and parents, recruitment of participants, education of administrators about AIFS programs and development of promotional and marketing materials. Beth lived in Italy and has traveled extensively including Europe, Australia, Asia, Russia and Central America.  Beth holds an MBA in International Business and Marketing and a BS in Business and Economics.
 
 
 
Susan Bartow
Susan Bartow is the Financial Director at School Choice International.  Susan worked for Citicorp as Vice President and Chief of Staff in the Global Shipping Division, and has also been an Audit Manager for Coopers and Lybrand. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York. Susan received her undergraduate degree from Yale University and a MBA from New York University. 
 
 
 
 
Jeryss Haynes
Jeryss Haynes, HR Associate, is responsible for Recruitment and Internal Communications, at School Choice International. She previously worked for Prudential Financial in the International Relocation Division, where she provided clients with solutions to their relocation needs, including home sales, transportation, intercultural training, and school search services. Jeryss was also previously a Head Teacher at a Head Start program. Jeryss received her associates degrees from Pace University.


 
Karen Holloman
Karen Holloman, Director of Research and Strategic Planning, lived in Australia for three years where she worked as an Educational Advisor at the American Consulate in Sydney. Karen served eight years as Budget Director for an academic medical center in Chicago, and was an associate professor at Rush University in Chicago. Until joining School Choice International, she was a knowledge specialist for a consulting firm in New York City. Karen received her MBA from the University of Chicago and her undergraduate degree from Coe College.
 
 
                                  
Jean Mann
Jean Mann is the Director of Client Relations for School Choice International. She has worked as a college administrator in admissions and marketing for 13 years. She also worked in marketing and in corporate communications for Xerox and Scholastic Corporations.  She holds an undergraduate degree from Syracuse University, completed a diploma program in advertising from NYU and an MBA in Marketing Management from Baruch College.  She was also awarded a GMS designation.
 
 
 
Lucy Mellors
Lucy Mellors is Director of Program Initiatives at School Choice International.  She has undergraduate and  Masters degrees in English from Oxford University and began her career working as an advertising account executive. Recently, she worked as Director of Admissions for the British International School of New York, successfully marketing the school to the international community and enrolling students for the first year of operation. Before relocating to New York in 2004, she ran a thriving psychotherapy practice in London while taking a second Masters degree in Analytical Psychology.
 
 
 
Kene Ezeoke
Kene Ezeoke is the Client Relations and Client Service Associate for School Choice International. She is also the IT Manager for the company. She previously worked as a manager with a nationally known company where she focused on recruitment, customer service, communication, and database management. Kene has experience working with students, and has lived in cities in the United States, Africa, and Europe. She has an undergraduate degree in Biology from Stony Brook University.
